Week 1: Commit to God's Instructions

Today’s Easy Task: List solutions to overcome your triggers for each of the 5 health goals and 5 wealth goals

  • Ask God for solutions to handle the triggers regarding de-stressing; Find scripture(s) to backup what you hear the Word of the Lord saying.
  • Ask God for solutions to handle the triggers regarding healing; Find scripture(s) to backup what you hear the Word of the Lord saying.
  • Ask God what wisdom, knowledge and strength is needed to be aligned with His will concerning working; Find scripture(s) to backup what you hear the Word of the Lord saying.
  • Ask God what wisdom, knowledge and strength is needed to be aligned with His will concerning getting out of debt to be a lender for the nations; Find scripture(s) to backup what you hear the Word of the Lord saying.
  • Ask God for solutions to handle the triggers regarding saving; Find scripture(s) to backup what you hear the Word of the Lord saying.
  • Ask God for solutions to handle the triggers regarding investing; Find scripture(s) to backup what you hear the Word of the Lord saying.
  • Ask God for solutions to handle the triggers regarding giving; Find scripture(s) to backup what you hear the Word of the Lord saying.
  • Remember to ; Find scripture(s) to backup what you hear the Word of the Lord saying.  The Bible is always your guide for determining if it is God's voice.  Because God's voice always lines up with the word of God!
  • Write down everything you hear and see, don't discern it yet, write it all down, leave it alone for a few days and llater come back to it.  You'll be able to determine the difference between voice and the Lord's voice. 

Today's Devotional:

Today as you commit to God’s instructions. Go deeper and focus on developing the character needed to...keep promises. The best example of a promise keeper is God. The Bible says God never fails (Joshua 21:45). God keeps His word and never lies (Numbers 23:19). God sees your needs; God hears your cries; God delivers on His Word (Psalm 91:15). God never sleeps (Psalm 121:3-4). God is always faithful (2 Timothy 2:13).

Since you are not God- but human- sometimes uncomfortable, annoying, and stressful situations can lead to you breaking your promises. To prevent that from happening, think about your triggers, write them down, and ask God to help you come up with the best possible solutions to keep your promises.

I’ve listed some examples of triggers with solutions below:

Triggers

  • when the scale doesn’t change or goes up

  • when you are too tired to cook or prep

    meals

  • when you are too sore to move

Solutions

weigh yourself every day, to see how your body weigh naturally fluctuate

hire a meal prep chef or food delivery service

take supplements that improve muscle recovery, like MSM

In addition to writing possible solutions to best deal with triggers, answer the following three questions:

1. Are you breaking promises? The Bible says, pay close attention to what you say (Matthew 12:37) and take careful consideration before making a promise (Luke 14:28). Keep it simple when communicating (Matthew 5:37) and ask God for help to keep the promises you make.

2. Are you keeping promises? Keep your side of the deal to receive God's promises of blessings, health and joy.

3. Do you trust God to receive His blessings? Have faith in God and believe you can collect all His benefits.

As you consider the example mentioned above, come up with excellent solutions that can help you keep your promises.
