Day 7 of Raw Food Challenge
Sep 25, 2020I woke up to my alarm to get on the prayer line for the 21-Day Fast. I slept through my first alarm. I must have turned it off in my sleep. When I woke up, I wrote down what I remember from my dream. I heard the voice of God say you are forgiven. Praise God! That is so encouraging and I'm so grateful for God's love and forgiveness.
I listened to the WMI's 21-Day Fast 6 am Prayer Call, despite the technical difficulties and some of the callers not following instructions. I'm truly thankful for the prayers for single people such as myself to get married according to God's will. I really enjoyed Dr. Faith's version of "I got the joy, joy, joy down in my heart". Thank you Eva Grace Mim for posting the youtube version in the WMI's Facebook group. It was so good. I will be singing that version for sure!!!
Since the prayer call went over, I had to get off the call before we did the declaration so I could do the following morning prayers and declaration with my mom.
I played one of my favorite albums, as I worked.
Then I recorded my intercessory prayer podcast. In today's episode 52, I prayed that your heart is turned towards God, God sends His angels to protect you/defend you, and you abide in God as His words abide in You so God purpose and plan is fulfilled in Your life. Inspired by James Goll's Declaration (Day 5)
After the podcast, I fixed breakfast. The heavy metal detox smoothie again. I really like how it cleanse me out. I needed that because today I had a chocolate sweet tooth! I made zoodles with pesto. The pesto was too rich for my taste. So I don't think I'll fix that again. It took me forever to eat it lol!
After lunch, I received a pleasant surprise. Thank You Thank You Thank You!!! It's always nice to hear kind words when sharing the gifts God has given me. I am glad that I was able to give you comfort during your time of bereavement. It's that time of the month and I was craving chocolate. I decided to give this brand a try. I liked it but it's not my favorite.
Since I wasn't able to spend time with God early this morning, I did it during the noonday. It was really nice. I really believe that time with God purifies my heart and helps me to have a better attitude and love better. So honestly I NEED to spend time with God. He helps me be a better person. After my personal prayer time, I ate my all-time favorite, which is chocolate on chocolate. It was delicious!!!!
I did James Goll's Day 6 Noonday declaration with my mom!
My last meal of the day was a big salad! I wanted to end my first week of the raw food challenge with a healthy bang! Next week I will try to keep things simple. Mostly smoothies maybe. We'll see.
I did James Goll's Day 6 Night declaration with my mom!
I got my 9,000 steps in!
Now it's time to wind down. I NEED to spend more time with God and get some rest. Besides sundown on Friday is the beginning of the sabbath! I love you all and God bless y'all.
Live Healthier and Wealthier in your body, spirit and soul!
