Now it is time to relax. Close your eyes, and give yourself a tight hug. Hold that tight hug for 60 seconds, and then slowly let your whole body relax from the top of your head down to the bottom of your feet. Breathe deeply and slowly. Once your entire body is relaxed, be still for an additional 60 seconds.
Give yourself a new reward. You have completed tasks that has helped you make God a priority, pray, keep your promises, replace your addictions with S.M.A.R.T. habits, read, study, and meditate on scriptures.
